Fall 2025 Community Cleanse

🍋 10-Day Master Cleanse with PlantFit Fhanta

If you’re ready to hit reset, the Master Cleanse is a classic protocol—originally written by Dr. Stanley Burroughs—that uses a simple lemonade formula, strategic elimination, and a strict rhythm to let your body do deep housekeeping. I’ll be your guide throughout, but always consult your doctor before beginning.

✨ Cleansing vs. Detoxing (know the difference)

Cleansing → The focus is on resting the digestive system by omitting solid foods. This usually means fresh juices & other elimination and restorative mineral-rich liquids, herbs & plant medicine. With digestion slowed down, your body can redirect energy toward elimination, repair, and flushing toxins.

Detoxing → Still removes toxins and waste, but with support of solids like nutrient-dense fruits, leafy greens, sprouts, and juices. The digestive system stays active while being fueled with foods that aid detoxification rather than burden it.

The Master Cleanse is a cleanse. No solid food for 10 days.

What the Master Cleanse Consists Of

  • The Lemonade Concoction

    • 6 to 7 (16 oz) glasses per day

    • Plus 16 oz of spring water every 2 hours on the nose

    • You’ll be on a strict 12-hour cycle daily.

    • The exact recipe and mixing protocol are inside your guide.

    • You can always contact your coach (me!) for clarification.

  • Salt Water Flush (SWF)

    • Optional but recommended at least once or twice during the 10 days.

    • Instructions are in the guide.

  • Laxative Tea

    • A gentle senna-based tea in the evenings.

  • Ease-In & Ease-Out Protocols

    • You don’t jump straight in or out—your guide includes a prep phase and an exit phase with orange juice, veggie broth, and simple plant foods to help your body transition.

  • Shopping List

    • Every ingredient and supply you’ll need is provided in the guide.
